This week’s report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 6.7 percent, for new homes up 7.5 percent and for resale condos up 5.3 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 3.1 percent and down 8.2 percent on condos and up 12.4 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 10.2 percent and the sales volume is down 11.9 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 0.4 percent and the sales volume is up 5.8 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 3.4 percent and the sales volume is down 20.0 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 5.6 percent and the sales volume is down 0.9 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 6.4 percent and the sales volume down 1.2 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 14.6 percent and the sales volume is up 39.5 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 1.8 percent and the sales volume is up 0.0 percent.
San Clemente once again show a big change increase in 92672 moving up in number of sales. I do know that we are seeing some small positive changes in most areas for sure again this year.
