When I am not in the office, I am more than likely investing in my personal growth through my commitment to training and education. One of the beautiful things about being a part of Keller Williams Realty is that their focus as a company is to be continually in a state of being learning based. A fabulous training opportunity through MAPS Coaching, a coaching a training company within Keller Williams Realty led by Dianna Kokoszka, is BOLD.
Having taken BOLD several times in the 10 years I have been with the Keller Williams Realty, I made the decision to commit once more. What I have experienced is that each time I have taken BOLD, I have heard the material differently, and the material met me where I was at during that time in my life and business. There is no doubt that the experience will be different and powerful this time around.
BOLD is one of those training events that gets you comfortable with being uncomfortable in your business and life. It is only in times such as mentioned that we will grow and move towards our potential. It is about not being mediocre and thinking BIG.
I encourage you that if you are not having the experience of a company that is promoting these growth building opportunities, that maybe the environment that you are in currently does not have an interest in you being your personal best. Be BOLD, and seek opportunities and companies that do want you to grow to your potential and beyond. You owe it to yourself and those that you love.
