I hope everyone remembered Veterans Day yesterday and had the opportunity to thank all of our Veterans for their service over the years. We sincerely appreciate all that they do and both their sacrifices and that of their families.

- November 16-17th, Hill Country Christmas, Burnet. From 10 am to 6 pm at the Galloway Hammond Recreation Center, Christmas shop with a wide array of interesting vendors from all over the hill country.
- November 21st, Christmas Light-Up Parade, Marble Falls. Annual parade in downtown Marble Falls that showcases the lighting of the Christmas lights!
- November 21 – January 1st, Walkway of Lights, Marble Falls. Annual event where over two million lights transform Lakeside Park into a holiday wonderland. Santa visits on the weekends!
- November 28th, Christmas Tree Lighting, Fredericksburg. The Christmas season officially begins in Fredericksburg with the annual lighting German Christmas Pyramid and the Community Christmas Tree on Marktplaz!
- November 28-December 24th, Christmas as Rockbox, Fredericksburg. Come join Holiday Tribute Artists at Rockbox Theatre where Santa is turning up the volume! Classic Christmas songs, along with new songs and comedy. Tickets on sale now.
- December 8th, Christmas on the Square, Burnet. Held on the historic Burnet downtown square from 9 am to 9 pm, this annual event features arts and crafts vendors, music, bicycle giveaways and parades.

- November 11th, World Market Veterans Appreciation, Austin. In honor of those who have served, all veterans receive 20% off their entire in-store purchase.
- November 11-16th, “Dirty Dancing” on Stage, Austin. The classic movie is now being performed on stage! Live-theatre sensation with music, romance, and of course, dancing. Held at Bass Concert Hall.
- November 15th, Austin Home Brew Festival, Austin. Held at the Getaway Motor Club, this festival celebrates Austin’s own home-brwing community. Taste small batch beers and kombuchas.
- November 16th, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Austin. Annual fundraising race with donations to Susan G. Komen’s Breast Cancer Foundation. Held in downtown Austin.
- November 19-23rd, Christmas in the City, A Christmas Affair, Austin. This annual fundraising event is presented by The Junior Leage of Austin and includes all kinds of merchants from across the country. Held at The Palmer Events Center.
- November 20th, Tree Lighting and Santa’s Arrival at the Hill Country Galleria, Bee Cave. 8th annual tree lighting event with Santa’s arrival, holiday music, face painting, balloon twisters and more!
- November 20th, Ladies Nite Out, A Winter White Nite, Georgetown. Ladies, show off your sparkly winter white attire while holiday shopping on the Georgetown Town Square. Food tastings, fashion show, photo booth, and man cave!
- November 28th-December 24th, Blue Genie Art Bazaar, Austin. A fixture of the Austin holiday season, this is a terrific way to buy local and to avoid hassle-free shopping. Tons of original items, from serious to silly. Held at the Marchesa Hall & Theatre.
- November 29th, Chuy’s Christmas Parade, Austin. Held on Congress Avenue, this procession includes balloons, vintage cars, floats and bands.
- December 5-6th, Christmas Stroll, Georgetown. Visit Georgetown’s beautiful square with a magical setting of holiday trees, lights and décor. Children carolers, festive food, and holiday shopping.
- December 6th, Snow Day at the Hill Country Galleria, Bee Cave. Real snow is brought into the Hill Country Galleria for families to build a snowman, toss a snowball, and more!
- December 6th, Holiday Sing-a-Long and Downtown Stroll, Austin. Celebrate the beginning of the holiday season in downtown Austin with this annual event. Countdown to the lighting of the Capitol Christmas Tree with holiday songs, photos with Santa, and holiday shopping.
- December 6th, Trail of Lights Fun Run, Austin. Runners get to sneak a peek at Austin’s favorite holiday season in Zilker Park. Two mile run, family-friendly, and all speeds welcome!
- Coming Soon – Acxiom, Austin. Arkansas-based data and technology company will open its first Texas office in late November at 6500 River Place Boulevard Building 3.
- Coming Soon – Einsten Bros. Bagels, Bee Cave. The bagel bakery chain will open in the Hill Country Galleria in January, Suite 100.
