George and Shelley contacted me on my website back in 2011. They were interested in a beachside home. We started looking...and even went under contract on a home at the end of 2012 (a beachfront condo...but it was not to be).
They called me back in the middle of July and asked if we could begin the looking process again. They also needed me to take a look at the home they had because they would need to sell it. We found a home they really liked, but of course they needed to sell that other home first...how often this happens. Now we were in a rush to get the old home ready and try to sell before this beautiful riverfront townhouse sold.
I made a list of projects that would need to be done before we got on the market (if you want to sell quickly you must prepare!). They handled them all quickly and did a great job.
We sold in 2 days and got our offer in on the home at 511 Tradewinds! We had some bumps along the way but George and Shelley moved into their new home this weekend.
After 3 1/2 long years...Congrats guys, You deserve this beautiful home. Enjoy the river, the dock, the boat, and the view from your master bedroom deck overlooking the river!
