This week’s report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michael Albrecht. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 4.0 percent, for new homes up 19.5 percent and for resale condos up 6.8 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 0.7 percent and down 9.1 percent on condos and up 1.6 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 4.1 percent and the sales volume is down 36.7 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 8.4 percent and the sales volume is up 7.1 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 3.7 percent and the sales volume is down 1.1 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 25.3 percent and the sales volume is down 4.7 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 0.1 percent and the sales volume down 26.6 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 21.8 percent and the sales volume is up 17.5 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 18.0 percent and the sales volume is up 9.5 percent.
These changes again are big Once again here in south county. We are still seeing a very strong off season. Look at those numbers. Once again San Clemente shows the way as well as Laguna Niguel.
