When I'm working on a marketing idea and strategy, I love to do a quick mock-up so I have a model in front of me as I develop the ideas. I just want to capture the mood, style, feel... The other day I was with my good friend and coworker, Jill Bell. We were scouting out Westfield Southcenter in Seattle / Tukwila for a 2nd location to use for our new 3 clock hour class, Mobile Communication Boot Camp.
I'll be talking more about the class soon, but for now let's just say it's a class on using your smartphone to do real time marketing in your FARM. It's kind of like a Field Trip. The focus is about embracing the fact that your sphere, in your geographic area, is actually quite busy and communicating. So why not show up in the online conversational threads and let them know you're there too.
I've discovered that Videolicious is a great tool. I'm using the free version and it gives me 10 slots for photos, about 30 seconds, and I can add music to it from their library... It's a great tool to quickly assemble an idea your thinking about and I'm doing it all on my iPhone 4s in about 15 minutes.
The goal on this project was to capture and relate 3 age old axioms of real estate...
