Today is National Gazpacho Day!!!

Not only is today Jean's Birthday, it's also Judd Apatow's, Steven  Wright and Tony Horton's Birthday as well as the late Agnes Moorehead (Bewitched) and the late Randy Rhodes birthday's.  But besides that December 6th is National Gazpacho Day!!  Who knew?  Well, now you know!

Gazpacho is a soup with ancient roots.  Nobody is really sure where the soup originated, but several claim its' origin including ancient Arabs, the Romans and Spain.  It is served chilled and it is vegetarian.  Most recipes contain tomato, water, garlic, cucumbers and other vegetables.  Some recipes call for grilling or cooking the vegetables while others are raw.  Just google "Gazpacho Recipe" to find a multitude of variations.

Hey guys I am pretty much under the assumption that every day has some sort of ridiculous "national xxx" associated with it anymore. Like a Natiuonal day to floss your cats teeth day!?!?!?! absolutely stupid!
