i just had another great experience with Easy's Repair Service in Boise, Idaho.
A home inspector called out an item on a an applicance so I called them to see what they thought. Instead of sending out a service person to essess the situation, they listened to the issue and trouble shot it on the spot.
I had a similar situation on a listing last year when the seller sent out "their guy" to fix a problem with a disher that kept leaking anyway after they ordered parts and waited and it still leaked. I described that problem to Easy's Repair Service at their office and they told me to just unscrew and reset the door panel since it was probably off kilter causing the leak. Bingo, problem solved!
Since they didn't make a dime off those two calls, I try to make it up for them by giving them 100% of my referrals and a few shout out's like this, giving them a 5 star review online and a Google +.
