I've got NOTHING for you when auto-systems fail!
I received the following message numerous times, even after notifying the agent that the confirmation to show failed to come through the automated system. We had crossed the home off the client's wish list and quickly moved on.

Thank you for showing my listing at _____________________ on 12/20/14.
Please click the link below to quickly provide showing feedback! It will take less than a minute as the sellers and I greatly appreciate the courtesy. We will gladly return the favor and give feedback when we show one of your listings.
To avoid future e-mails, I finally just filled out the available space on the form with the following message:
Due to the fact that I did not receive a confirmation on the showing request, I did not show the home located at _________________________.
A THANK YOU e-mail was delivered immediately for showing the home. Though I clearly did not!
Following up and following through means more than just signing up for fully-automated systems. Sometimes the message gets lost and before you know it, potential buyer traffic becomes non-existent.
My advice: Be sure you are getting what you pay for or it could cost you more than a few feet through the door like...the listing...advertising dollars...precious time on the market...a client relationship...
