HAPPY NEW YEAR!
May your year be full of oohs and ahhs.
It's that time of year when people talk about resolving to change their ways in the year ahead. Many vow to exercise more, eat better, live a healthier lifestyle, quit smoking, etc. Any of these sound familiar?
Diets are one of the most popular resolutions. Let's be honest, most of us have at least participated in a diet resolution or two in their lifetime. Lord knows there are plenty of fad diets out there to try. Choose wisely and make sure it is a plan you can live with.
Every year I see more people at my gym in the first few weeks. Shortly after that, it dwindles back down to the regulars. If you are considering joing a gym, see if if they offer a trial period, or allow you to sign up for a few classes to get started.
Quitting smoking this year? Tough habit to break. It took a long time before I finally gave up that
addiction (10+ years ago). You can do it!
My resolution this year is to work hard for my clients, enjoy my family & friends and to learn something new every day. What's your resolution?
