Debbie Reynolds has a great challenge on Active Rain. , Ringing and Singing in the Rain. ' It requires us to call an active rain memebr that we have not called before and to write about them We can choose to call one , two, three, four of five members. Points will be awarded for each post.
It is a fun contest because we will get an opportunity to call and network . I decided to call an agent from Pennsylvania because though I am a Pa licensed agent I do not go beyond a certain radius and refer to other agents.
The first call I made is to Karen Rice. She is an experienced agent with Weichert realtors and sells homes in Pike and wayne counties.
She has been on active rain for a long time but has not blooged in over a year.
I had a nice conversation with her and she said she has been very busy and do not have much time to blog though she still reads posts . She said she markets on facebook and gave me some tip.s
I also asked her about the area and whether they have skiing near by and short term rentals.
I learned a lot about Pike county . If I know anyone loooking to move to Pike county I will refer them to Keren Rice.
