Debbie Reynolds has a great challenge on Active Rain. , Ringing and Singing in the Rain. ' It requires us to call an active rain memebr that we have not called before and to write about them We can choose to call one , two, three, four of five members. Points will be awarded for each post. It is a fun contest because we will get an opportunity to call and network .
I decided to call an agent from Pennsylvania because though I am a Pa licensed agent I do not go beyond a certain radius and refer to other agents. The second call I made is to Mary Yonkers . She has 30 years experince in real estate with Howrd Hanna and is now a real esttae instructor in Eerie. She has been on active rain for a long time .
Mary is a real estate expert because she teaches real estate license courses, broker's courses and continuing education courses as well.
She said she has family in Philadelphia and has been to Philadelphia. Mary loves to travel.
We spoke about the weather as that is on my mind every day in winter. They get 60 inches of snow a year on average and I complain when we have over 10 inches of snow. Last year was the worst winter that I have seen.
