yes, Matt and I do a lot of business together and we generate of lot of leads for him with out marketing efforts.
This home in particular needs some TLC but is functional and financeable. The rich land that it comes with is phenominal for farming.
We have a really powerful list marketing and syndication platform set up at http://agentsites.co that we give free access to agents that work with or want to work with us. We also have a Wordpress multisite installation with 4 blogsites that we use to drive traffice.
