Lots of people like to dip their pen in company ink.

Part of the thrill is keeping it on the down-low. It’s a little office supply room secret between you and little Mary. It’s naughty. It’s dirty. It’s EXCITING.

But as it turns out, you may want to leave an ink trail.

Business Insider put together a little survey in 2013 about sex with colleagues. The results? Nearly 85% of those surveyed think colleagues at the same company should be allowed to hanky panky. More than 90% of people said they’ve been sexually attracted to a colleague. 64% have hit on them. 80% have BEEN hit on by a colleague. And 54% say they’ve actually bow chicka wow wow’d with one.

Perhaps that’s why more and more companies are having employees sign love contracts.

It's a slippery slope but if love happens...  Even more dicey if you're the boss.  Love contracts are a good idea.  Proximity at work breeds hooking up but you should not lose your job or reputation over a relationsip gone bad.  Unless they were worth it and you deserved it due to behaviors that would make the hairs stand up on someones neck.

Good morning Kyle. I can tell you that I have had employees that got together, some didn't turn out so well, but twice there were marriages that were the end result.

Make it a great weekend!
