In our business we find ourselves a long way from home sometimes. I usually try to eat a good breakfast before going out for my daily journey. Sometimes... ok, most of the time I end up eating something, somewhere out on the road. Sometimes I will take a lunch with me in the form of a sandwich or some fruit and eat it under a nice shady spot or in a park sitting in my truck, or as I like to call it "The Dashboard Cafe"
It's air conditioned, has a nice array of music, surrounded by windows and always a great view! Even if you go through the local fast food drive thru or sandwich shop... you can still enjoy it at the Dashboard Cafe!
If you are clever and wear your sunglasses or shades... you can sneak in a good nap too! Nobody will be the wiser, unless your head tilts back, your mouth gapes open and you are snoring up a storm.
But nonetheless, the Dashboard Cafe is always open, stop by and enjoy!
