Aurora, IL is one of the few Fox Valley towns that are still relatively affordable and first time homebuyers who want to get their feet wet may start their first home buying experience in a condo/townhome or duplex. This market niche was pretty strong in Febuary with 39 closed sales compared to 2014's 34. Currently there are 156 active listings available. Of those - 17 were "New" and 9 had Price Changes. The current number under contract are 115! With another 21 that are "Pending" and should close in the next 30 days!
