Last week I walked out of a settlement bearing gifts.
Normally, I am the one who surprises her clients at the closing table (and beyond) and occasionally I am responsible for a few happy tears. Last week it was the other way around. I received a very special gift from very special clients.

Back to my special gift ... my clients and I embarked on our Real Estate journey when we met at a listing of mine last September. I still remember their follow-up email to our first meeting: we were wondering if you could be our REALTOR as we search for our "forever" home and sell our current one. We like your philosophy - "There is a right buyer for every listing and the right home for every buyer."
We closed on their "forever" home in early December and found the right buyers for their old home a couple of months later .. and after we closed on the latter last week, my clients gave me their special gift.
