As a REALTOR® in Las Vegas, it's not unusual to get a call or email from a home buyer that includes "I've heard that Green Valley is one of the best places to live in Las Vegas." Next they'll either want to know where it's located, or in that 'best places to live' they heard or read, was a mention of a community that isn't exactly in Green Valley.
Oh, and technically, there are 3 areas that make up Green Valley, and not all of it falls under a Master Plan. So yes, what you may hear, or see online about Green Valley, can make it a bit confusing.
