The City of Rolling Hills ( area 166 in map below ) had the following real estate market activity for single family residences during the 1st Quarter of 2015:
Properties Sold: 8 ( Compared to only 1 sale in the comparable quarter last year ). 4 propeties is in escrow at the end of March.
Average Sales Price of homes sold during 1st quarter: $ 3.5 million
Properties for Sale as of 3/31/2015: 15 ( 5 months inventory based on average sales during the last quarter of 3 homes sold per month)
Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during 1st Qtr: $ 923 per sq. ft. Because of the small number of sales, the price per sq. ft. of homes sold varies widely
Properties sold at an average of 95% of List Price
