Since my last report (3/19/2008):
- There are 50 homes offered for sale... there
was no change from last months numbers. - The low offering price is $115,900 (DOWN $14,100)
and the high offering price is $299,000 (UP $35,000).
Just like last month, the low price has gotten lower
and the high price has gotten higher...
