Homes for Sale in Sharon MA under $250K. Well, there aren't actually any homes for sale in Sharon that are priced under $250K...yet. In fact, in the past 12 months, there have been only 3 sold in this price range.
As of Wednesday, May 13, I will be listing a 2 bedroom plus "bonus room" Ranch-style home in a great location that will be listed at $230,000. No, it's not a short sale or a foreclosure. Nope, it's not a "tear down" and it's not a handyman special. Here's what the home looks like on the outside:
Here's what you can buy for under $250K in Sharon: a wonderful, 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom Ranch-style home with central air, a nice sized living room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen, and the "bonus" room, as well as a basement.
The "Bonus Room" was created by a previous owner by taking some space from the garage. This created a room of approximately 11'x12' with an exit to the backyard.
