The Most Expensive Home sold in Arizona last week

If I only had two words to describe the most expensive home that sold in Arizona last week it would be "Simple Luxury". I don't know if it's possible to live in a home that sold for $3.9 million dollars and not have it be lavish, flashy, or extravagant but this home does it. The way the architect and builder carved and set this home in to it's mountain surroundings was tasteful and seamless. The property itself is no doubt built with the finest grade materials and finishings but as you search through the pictures you'll come away with a very minimalistic feel. The only "wow factor" that jumps out at you is the priceless views of the cities below. Sure, it has all the upgrades and amenities you'd expect in this price range but the new owners must have had a desire for seclusion and serenity. Rob - Oh, I've seen pictures of some of the homes you list and they are pretty spectacular as well! 

David - I've been up in that area and it's so quiet and serene. 

Paul - The home itself is very nice but you're definitely paying for the view with this one.

Will - The luxury home market here is very hard to break in to. It's a tight knit group of a few brokerages who spend tens of thousands of dollars every year in marketing and advertising. 

Inna - It would be fantastic! 

Joe - The views are priceless and the home is tasteful and well built. Nothing to complain about!

Roy - It's been a while since I signed up for a brokers open to tour some of these properties. I need to get back on that!
