Real estate is more than selling

HUD home Today, I took Monika's clients into a home they have under-agreement. These buyers are really excited about buying their first home and they had contacted Monika last night about getting access today and measure for window treatments. Monika couldn't make it as she had already booked an other appointment. One of the nice things about working together as a TEAM is that we are able to cover each others appointments when needed.

Seeing the excitement of these first time home buyers was really gratifying. The home they are buying is a terrific value and in very good condition. It is a HUD owned home and has water rights to Big Island Pond, which is a very desirable pond with high property values.

We spent about an hour in the home and for me personally it was a very well spent hour. Just seeing and feeling the excitement of these buyers was a perfect topper for my Sunday afternoon and a great reminder of why I enjoy being a real estate agent.

Jay, first time home buyers are so much fun ! They are my favorites.

Jay - I'd spend the afternoon with you but we're married! LOL I think it's great that you and Monika can work as a team...makes things a lot easier because you both understand each other and the business end of real estate. I love first time buyers!

Jay I love working with first time home buyers, especially going to the Closing and watching them take hold of the keys and the smile on their face. It is priceless :) :)

Jay that is a nice feature of being in a team. I enjoy that benefit myself. !st time buyers are certainly more appreciative as well.

Well I can honestly say that it was Monika who established the great repoire with her buyers. She is the best when working with first time home buyers.

It is great to see the sring is well, not sprung quite yet here.... but "springing". I am glad you guys are getting busy.. Things are picking up in our office as well!
