Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas
The total number of available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is only 19 (down from the 25 
last month). This is lowest I've ever seen it. Currently for sale, there are:
- 10 single family homes
- No half-duplexes
- 4 condos
- 5 townhomes
Thirteen of the 19 available homes above have been on the market for longer than 30 days. Two of the “active” homes are incomplete new construction at Meridian Square. If you want to buy a home *today* in Addison for immediate move-in after closing, you’ve got only 17 choices.
The average number of days on the market for the “active” status homes is 94 days, up from 77 last month. This does not include any incomplete new construction. The median number of days on the market is 48, up from last month’s 34 days. Homes are still selling FAST.
New listings in May
Just 14 homes came on the market in Addison, TX in May 2014, down from 15 the previous month.
