He buys distressed assets with his LLC in the orange county areas of Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, crystal cove and laguna beach. He was a little low on capital, so we did a Fix n Flip Profit Sharing transaction. Loan Docs were in escrow 24 hours after the appraisal came in, We funded the day after the borrower signed loan docs!
