Founders Walk Condos Founders Walk in Alexandria is situated in a prime location just outside of Kingstowne and is only two stoplights to 495 and 1.30 miles to Van Dorn Metro station (blue line). Residents also have easy access to a bus stop located just across the street from the community. Founders Walk has 201 garden style condos that were built between 1998 and 2000. Floor plans range from 2 bedrooms 2 baths and go up to 3 bedrooms 3 baths. The square footage in the neighborhood ranges from 1,045 to 1,329. All of the residences have fireplaces and a washer dryer hookup. Some of the condos are two levels and feature a loft. Residents at Founders Walk have access to an outdoor pool, walking paths, and tot lots. Surface parking is included with the sale of each unit. Kingstowne is within walking distance or just a couple minutes drive. Kingstowne Towne Center is home to many dining and retail options. Wegman's just opened and is less than ten minutes away. Along with their wonderful selection of food there's the Wegman's Pub inside that features happy hour's and live music events.

That seems like a very affordable median sales price for those condos. Townhouses and condos aren't very prevalent in my market for some reason. The demand for them just isn't high.
