Continued increase in the Total Sales Volume. Average days on the market have dropped from 73 days during harsh winter months to 34 days in our spring market of April through June 2015.
Another strong number to be noted is the average Sales price to Original list price of the home which has kept very close to 97+%. Even during cold winter Jan & Feb 2015 it did not drop below 5%.
If the trend continues with the low interest rate along with steady pace of the market price we may continue experiencing a healthy and a well balanced real estate market in Fairfax county of Northern Virginia area.
