A total of $12.0 million worth of homes sold and closed in Clarksburg during June 2015, compared to $12.9 in June 2014 – a 6.7 percent decrease.
The median sold price during June was $433,900 – down 4.1 percent compared to June of last year, and the number of homes sold and closed were down 3.6 percent.
