3 Mobile-Friendly Time-Saving Apps for You

We’re smack in the middle of the busy real estate season. So, there’s no doubt that your inbox is chock full of paperwork, and your To Do listing is probably a mile long. Believe it or not, there are some great mobile-friendly time-saving apps that can save you tons of time and help you increase your productivity.

  1. Evernote. If you have not downloaded Evernote, then you are really missing out. Evernote’s tagline is Remember Everything! It can be your note-taker, to-do list manager, reminder, read-later app, cloud storage service, or you can even use it to capture and edit photos, business card info (and add it to your contacts), or anything you want. You can use it online, download an app onto your computer, and also onto your mobile devices. Since your information lives in the cloud, it will be available to you on all your devices. (Free and premium versions)
  2. Dropbox. Remember the days when you would email someone a large file and it would get lost in cyberspace? Well, those days are long gone. Dropbox is a file-sharing service where you can store photos, videos, and documents both across your own devices and also with others. The folks at Dropbox give you 2.5GB for free. But, if you invite your friends to join, you receive another .5 GB for every friend you refer. Or… you can go for the paid version. Either way, you’ve got your files available across all of your devices.
  3. Sunrise Calendar. Sunrise Calendar is a robust calendar that you can install on your computer and across your mobile devices. If you are thinking, “Who needs another calendar?” You must not have seen this one. Sunrise Calendar integrates with the most common apps (including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Basecamp among others) so that your calendar experience integrates across apps—in much the same way that we all used to use Outlook to send email, control contacts, and set appointments. (Plus, Sunrise Calendar is absolutely free.)

If you’ve got a few minutes free and want to see how these three apps can save you valuable time this summer, why not check ‘em out?

Melissa Zavala - all great apps. Though for DropBox, I can say, Google Drive has taken it over!

Great looking calendar in Sunrise Calendar for sure. Now let me see if it can beat Google Calendar!

I use all three, but I agree with Praful Thakkar , Google Drive is better, it gives 6 times the storage space for free and I think the paid version is cheaper too. I now use Dropbox as a backup and for personal use. I just started using Sunrise, so I haven't formed an opinion yet, but it is a great alternative to some of the other calendar apps I've used, like Google, Tempo and Calendar 5.
