Properties Sold: 17 ( 1 less than the 18 homes sold during the 2nd quarter of 2014 )
Average Sales Price of homes sold during 2nd quarter: $ 1.5 million
Properties for Sale as of 6/30/2015: 19 (About 3 months inventory based upon the average of 6 homes sold per month during the quarter ). There are 10 homes in escrow at the end of June.
Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during 2nd Qtr: $ 490 per sq. ft.
Properties sold at an average of 96% of List Price and took approx. 2 to 3 months to sell
