Wow, everywhere you look there is a for sale sign. It seems like there aren't many neighorhoods that have gone untouched. Foreclosures and Short Sale have taken over the market. The last few phone call that I have gotten about listings have all been clients interested in listing their homes for Short Sales. I am of course greatful for the listings and the business. But, you can't forget that behind the signs there are family's in desperate need of help.
I make sure that all of my client are aware of all of their options. I try to educate all that I come in contact with.
