Yesterday I held 105 Heberle Road, Irondequoit, NY 14609 open
for another agent and was to give feedback today.
My first visitor was a neighbor whom was inquiring as to the price and condition to compare why his did not sell last year. This has transpired into a listing appointment when his wife returns.
The second visitor and last was a 94 year old lady that had grown up in the house and wanted to see how it compared to when she lived there. She was also the Mother-in-law of another agent and friend from the office. Armed with about forty black and white photo's it was interesting to note that the home in its present condition had seen much better days.
Hopefully someone will purchase the home and restore it to the days of yore.
