An American Tragedy --  They Have Not Forgotten the Country They Love.  The United States has deported many Veterans.  These brave men and women have a deep love for the country they served and when you see them staring across the border, it makes you want to cry.

 Hector Barajas -deported veteran

When the flag is upside dow it is a sign of distress.  And what could be worse than veterans who risked their lives for the US, only to be thrown away?

Hector Barajas still loves the country that deported him. To him, it will always be home   --- but unfortunately he can not return home to his friends and family.

It is sad when there is a need to deport veterans who have served with honor.

This is truly a crime of passion in the worst way and such an insult too. I have not heard about an upside down American Flag before, but this story breaks my heart. To be deported after serving, sacrificing, and surviving the war is just atrocious!!!

Does it surprise you that this story didn't make my local news? I watch BBC and I didn't see it there either.

Patricia Feager, MBA, GRI, Cert Negotiations Expert, Military Relo Prof It is a crime.  It has been reported a little by some local newscasters in various cities but has never gained real attention from the national news. I am hoping that we can get their attention somehow.

I'm hoping for more - A New York Times Best Seller. The word needs to get out! I think every person with a Kindle or who orders books from Amazon would read this story and cry. Then it should be a mandatory read in Universities all over the world.

Patricia Feager, MBA, GRI, Cert Negotiations Expert, Military Relo Prof I think that would be awesome and now you really have me thinking.  At least I could tell more of the story in a Kindle Book.  I will keep you informed and any ideas you have about the book or marketing it, please let me know.
