Hello everyone this is Eric Tont with Dwellings Realty Group, thank you for joining me today. I will be walking you through 8100 East Camelback Road number 32 in Scottsdale Arizona 85251. This townhome is beautifully renovated, just a few blocks away from Old Town Scottsdale AZ. That was the pool, community center, and tennis courts right across the street, so you can see we're just a few steps away.
It's a three bedroom two and a half bath home, again super high-end finishes, renovated throughout, 2,700 square feet, and was built in 1986. This is the 3rd bedroom, the guest bedroom downstairs. There's a window facing out towards the courtyard, and walk in closet. Lots of closet space in this beautifully renovated townhome. You can see that the finishes throughout were very high end, this is a “wood look" tile and you'll see that theme running throughout the home. This is the downstairs bathroom. The kitchen here. Again has all high-end finishes used. We've got the white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, including a wine cooler. This is the pantry there. Beautiful backsplash, breakfast bar, and then an eat-in kitchen dining area as well. We'll walk into the living space in just a moment. I'm going to walk you through this laundry room here.
