Since Northridge has a limited number of sales each week, it's fairly easy to track sales and identify those in your neighborhood. This is just a BROAD brushstroke, only one of several factors that affect the marketability of your home.
AND, I figured out, it's easy to share weekly updates of the homes that have SOLD in Northridge, so that you can actually digest the information. So let's get started. In the past 7 days, Northridge saw 6 homes sold. They range in price from $352,000 - $815,000; size from 1311sf - 3522sf; age from 1955 - 1972; and Days on Market from 6-111. I'm not going to feature specific homes, as I do with MarketWATCH, but rather, just find photos that catch my eye, and of course, I'll give you the link to see the details of all the properties that have sold this week.
