The government has just announced there will be NO INCREASE in Social Security payments next year. That effects 71 million Americans or nearly 20 percent of the entire population of this great country. Unfortunately, most of those who will have to adjust to this announcement are seniors.
I want to help our seniors. Many of them are struggling with financial issues and often they don't know where to turn for help. For many, Social Security is their only source of income. The reality is, not all seniors are in a position to be helped, but I want to do what I can.
I have at my disposal, loan products that can help seniors deal with this change. Whether considering the need to Refinance, looking at the option of a Reverse Mortgage or thinking about doing a Home Equity loan; any decision should be based on good, sound financial advice. I am here offering to share with you that advice.
Let's sit down and talk. Any senior within the state of Virginia is potentially my customer as I am LICENSED statewide. I would be glad to discuss these matters with any senior here that is worried about the future and trying to figure out how they should move forward financially in this environment.
This is only the 3rd time this has occurred in the last 40 years. Not having a COLA increase can seem small when looking at the specific dollar amount but when the average Social Security check is less than $1,300.00 a month; this is of major concern to the recipients.
I don't work for the government or the Social Security Administration. I am not offering information on government benefits and the like but rather I am saying I will try to help seniors weather the financial storm this decision could create in their lives.
If I may be of assistance to any senior or to any concerned family members here in the state of Virginia, please call or email me and let's set up an appointment to talk. Doing something positive financially can offset the possible negative impacts coming from this and make for a brighter future for seniors.
Please, keep in mind; every person's situation is different and unique. No one solution will fix every problem and in some cases, it will be beyond my ability and products to resolve but, . . . . . . . .
I'm offering my help for our seniors.
