I cringe whenever I come across a blog post and it seems like the person who hit 'publish' didn't spend too much time thinking about the presentation of their blog post. Once you've been doing this for a while, and you realize that people who don't otherwise know you may connect with you, for the first time, through your blog, it makes you think about what their first impression of you will be.
I hate to be harsh, but some posts that I see just don't look professional (they look whatever the exact opposite of professional is). We only have a brief amount of time to capture the attention of our reader when they find our post. The very first thing they will notice is how it looks. Does it look professional. Is the post visually appealing.
In this tutorial video, I show you how to insert an image, and then wrap the text around that image for a clean, professional, presentable look for your blog post. See what I did with the image in this post? You want to be able to do that, don't you?
Spend the 5 minutes to watch the video below and your blog posts will thank you later!
