TEAM Hughes Real Estate School offers something that no other real estate school in the area offers.  Our One-Week Fast Track real estate course is highly unique because a course that takes some schools a month to present is offered in one week. 

A week investment in your career doesn’t seem like very much over the long haul, and we hear people sometimes say they’d rather take the month so that they can absorb everything.  It’s been our experience, however, that all students share in one major area.  Whether you take the course at night, during the day, for a month, for a semester, online, or for our one-week fast track, each and every student who passes their state exam leaves the building knowing that now they enter into a new profession, and the matters on which they were just tested quickly fade from their memory banks!

A week investment in your career is not going to teach you how to sell real estate.  As a matter of fact, a month investment in your career will not teach you how to sell real estate.  Every single real estate school in Florida is supposed to be teaching you exactly what the state requires us to teach.  TEAM Hughes Real Estate School uses a course book recommended by the higher ups, we don’t write our own curriculum, and we put it onto a Power Point presentation according to a syllabus furnished us by the State of Florida.  As a matter of fact, I am aware of only one school in the area that does not use the same course book.

The point of this is to show you that the only difference between the major schools in the area is in the presentation.  We do the accelerated version so that you only have to invest a week in your career.  We’re all adults and we all have to be about the business of working.  TEAM Hughes wants to help you get your license quickly.  Learn how to sell real estate from your broker, take their training and learn how to make money.  Our goal is to help you get the license so you can get the training so you can become successful at the trade you have chosen.

Don’t be fooled into thinking the One-Week Fast Track Real Estate Class doesn’t cover enough material.  Most of our students pass the one-week class and then go on to pass the state exam the first time.   If a student doesn’t pass the state exam the first time, there’s a huge chance that he or she will pass it the second time.  I find no evidence whatsoever that those other longer courses are any more effective than our accelerated one.  As a matter of fact, it’s not unusual at all for someone to call me and ask if they can “audit” our class to get them ready to take their state exam because the course they took was so long they’ve forgotten much of the material.
