Real estate agent recruiting is no small task, but luckily finding new agents can be made easier with a targeted Facebook ads.
Facebook gives real estate brokers and recruiting managers a powerful targeting tool within the ads manager. I’ve found it best to drive agents to a mixer where you can see them face-to-face. To do this, create an event using your Facebook Business Page. I will show you the targeting formula in the video below.
Go to a local pub or restaurant and see if the proprietor will give your attendees a free or low-cost appetizer. Most restaurant owners are open to this if you schedule your event mid-week when they are slow. You will bring traffic to their establishment, and your attendees will order beverages or full meals to follow their appetizers. It’s a win-win for both you and the venue.
Once you have your real estate agent recruiting venue set, it is time to create your Facebook Event. If you are unsure how to create an event, click here for instructions. Do not put the word recruiting in the title of your event.
