Enrico
Thanks for stopping by and taking time out of your day to read my post. My intent is to put a smile on your face. Hopefully you’ll go away with some information you may have forgotten about or did not know. Now sit back and enjoy the post for the day.
Enrico was born in Rome back in 1901 to Alberto and Ida. He graduated from high school in 1918. Enrico applied for the Sapienza University of Rome, where he achieved first place in the entrance exam. During his time there Luigi Puccianti (the professor) acknowledged there was little that he could teach Enrico and often had asked Enrico to teach him something instead. He obtained such a high level in the subject of quantum physics that we was asked to organize seminars on the subject. Needless to say he was far more advanced than what we would consider to be the normal student.
In 1923 while working he discovered that hidden inside the famous equation by Einstein’s theory (E=MC²) there was an enormous amount of potential energy. Anyway to get to the point Enrico Fermi is created as the architect of the nuclear age.
