Does anyone have a guestimation of how many visitors go to Foxwoods from the NORTH? I am trying to get a traffic study analysis of Exit 1, Interstate 95, Hopkinton, RI for a property that I am selling. I have a very interested buyer who wants to build a "Service Center and Country Stores" - the last hurdle is a study. I had a study done 2 years ago but since then, FOXWOODS and MOHEGAN, have grown in leaps and bounds.
This is an old quote I found online: "45,000 visitors come to Foxwoods a day, nearly 16 million a year at the end of 1995. Foxwoods, at this point, employs nearly 10,000 area residents" - My Guess is between visitors and employees, I am sure the count would be "up there"
Any advice to help me make the sale?? Dinner for two would be included! And a Trip to FOXWOODS with an overnight stay!!!
