New Year's Eve and 'Daddy's Home'

After a nice home cooked steak dinner, by my lovely lady, a movie was in order for New Year's Eve.  Not wanting to be out late and in the crowds the timing was perfect for 'Daddy's Home' with Will Ferrel and Marc Wahlberg.

So off to Bonner's Mall theaters in Ponderay Idaho.

I have read the reviews, on the movie, after seeing it.  I am surprised.  I found it extremely funny.  Not just one scene, but one after another.  Good laughs.  Yes Will plays the part he has been doing forever.  Yet playing off Wahlberg and with the story line I found it to be very funny.  

Even without the good 'professional' reviews I would take a chance on this one.

That is one we passed over. We still haven't seen Star Wars and want to see Concussion. Will Smith is supposed to be amazing.

Dinner AND a movie? sounds like perfection. I did the same with my hubby, but your movie sounded way more fun. Ours was quite serious and I think I fell asleep for a bit.
