The Second Annual Tour of South Scottsdale neighborhoods "Innovations Mod" opened the doors of beautifully updated or newly built homes in 50-ies neighborhoods in South Scottsdale, AZ.
The organizer of the tour, a South Scottsdale resident, passionate about the revitalization of the McDowell corridor and the promotion of South Scottsdale, dedicated the tour to creating jobs for high-school graduates from Coronado High School.
My camera captured the open floor plans of Ralph Haver homes; the Schreiber brothers 50-ies and 60-ies homes - with the walls-windows and glass in entry ways, a guest-suite, separated by a breezeway; artist's studio with views of the Camelback and the Papago Buttes; fireplace open on all four-sides.

Exterior Look of the same home - spacious window walls on both sides of the home.
Kitchen, Dining and Living room areas in a Ralph Haver home in Scottsdale, Town & Country neighborhood.
Fireplace, open on all four sides - in a home in Sherwood Heights, Scottsdale.
The views from these neighborhoods are to the two landmarks of the Phoenix Metro area - Camelback Mountains and Papago Buttes.
