Christian County residential sales was very active in December 2015. With mild weather, it allowed the market to continue through the end of the year.
With 110 residental sales in December, 489 homes still remained active on the market. The average days for marketing is down from 143 days in 2014 to 83 days in 2015.
The average sales price in 2015 for residentail sales was $170,181, up from 2014 at $158,451.
Cities in Christian County include Ozark, Nixa, Clever, Billings, Sparta, Highlandville & Spokane. 2016 should prove to be an outstanding year for Christian County Missouri.
