If You are Choking, Swallow…...

And breathe.......we had  a scare yesterday with Barney not breathing right. Thankfully we figure it out quickly for the little guy.

That's a good one Sheila. I learned a great grounding technique that helps when walking away to have a quiet moment is not an option. I carry a little rock in my pocket (a ring, bracelet etc. works, too)... just feel it, focus on it and breathe. It forces your mind down a different path, away from whatever just made you choke.

Sheila - that is a good comparison.  You can choke on details when you don't look at the end game.

That is good advice my friend, choking is not a good thing and can certainly be avoided.

Sometimes we need to get out of our own way.  Definitely relinquishing ownership of problems that aren't ours is key as well.
