The View From High Up

Well not that high up but last night I was showing condos to a buyer couple at about 7PM and it was still light out. This one building had a deck that was four stories up and had wonderful views from all around. It was funny because the clients, the listing broker and myself all whipped out our phones and started taking pics as soon as we entered the deck. Here is a look at the views we saw.

I love this time when the sun is almost down and the lights from the city are visible. It is a restful time of the day and I am usually glad to go home and see my family.

Noah Seidenberg ... two things struck me while reading your post.  #1 was that if the views were this remarkable .. they had to be impressive to potential Buyers.  That property won't be for sale long!

#2 was that it was still light-out at that time of the day.  Great news .. meaning Spring is here and Summer is on the way.  Definitely both are reasons to celebrate ...

Noah, condos with roof top  views are much in demand. We have a few here in Huntsville overlooking the city...what a bonus! Also, it's amazing how much of the Chicago skyline can be seen from far away...even out towards my Woodstock home.
