Delivery May not be Receipt....Ouch !

Got the email ...short not so sweet ...not unexpected...or believed.  Is there anywhere on the planet that by  some method of communication cannot reacSleeping on computerh someone ?  No land line, cell service or internet..or from this Bloggers perspective..no real effort made to contact Buyers who disappear for a weekend and come back on Monday.....Hmmmm guessing these people work and most people return on Sunday...oh golly gee whiz...don't get email in your phone...too tired to turn on the computer.

     After 6 days...due to the "unreachable 3 days"...the primary buyer has removed their home sale contingency." 

Of course they have....and the Buyers are now having to renew a lease that has a lengthy cancellation notice.  Onward and upward....Treat people the way you want to be treated..respect the process....

It can be very frustrating when there is a lack of communication Sally K. & David L. Hanson and as you said there is seldom an excuse for it. (I did however just have one disappear and found out about 4 days later that they died).
