Frank Delzompo, 951-326-7330, retired from the Marine Corps in 2004 as a JAG attorney and judge, and he started into real estate that same year. Our team is a designated USA Cares Military Housing Specialist certification, but more importantly, Frank has the "boots on the ground" experience helping many, many families use the VA loan entitlement.
