I would have your senses, the eyes and ears put this in the category of negativity and darkness. Your mind is like a garden and we don't need weeds growing there. Sometimes you are in meetings or watching the TV or Internet or social media or hearing someone, and there it is, the negativity and darkness. Steer clear of rants, gossip, arguing, viciousness, meanness, hate, prejudice, discrimination, foul language, coarseness of any form, cause it is NOT light that your inner spirit needs. It is a flee mentality, not to put your head in the sand, but seriously, you don't need it. It is not your best self, and it will drain you emotionally. Think of this mind junk food like a bad box of donuts that is NOT GOOD FOR YOU. Stay in control of directing
