Too busy to answer your phone?

Sorry everyone, this is a VENT... a plain and simple VENT...

Was searching for potential properties for one of my customers ,( on the lower end of the market dollar wise) and came across a listing that described a nice refurbished home. Great as my customer is a young millennial who really needs more of a move in ready home..!
Only one photo in MLS , but  was not shocked as this price point seldom stays on the market for long...

Scroll down to Realtor remarks , where it is stated that the tenants have trashed the house, don't submit a lower offer than list price  and DO NOT CALL ME ( list agent) as I have 19 listings and cant answer all the calls.

Do not call

Well,,, if you get to a point where you cant handle the work load, are you really doing due diligence to your seller?
When do you  hire an assistant?
DO THE RIGHT THING>>>>>>>

Refer them out to someone else and collect a passive referral compensation...

Really, too busy to  do your job and EARN your commission.......Ughhhhhhh

Really dislike some agents/brokers... YES, person in question IS a broker.

Lesley Wilson-VanGoethem wow, hard to believe. Was the implication that the agent should be contacted via email? I can see something along the lines of listing both and stating "I prefer initial communications to occur via email." (even if this also has flaws). But to just say do not call me? Bizarre.

Fred, the more I thought about it all day the more upset I was for the sellers... looked in MLS and the comment of dont call and full price offers is consistent on nearly all that persons listings.

Lesley somehow I do not think this Realtor would have 19 listings if those Sellers knew he/she was to busy to answer the phone.

Happens all the time. Not just with agents, but with clients and vendors. Just keep calling and be positive.
